Under the New Moon - Fall 2026
with Mary Ruth Kamp
Lean into lunar cycles. Create and practice supportive patterns. Explore the energy of the New Moon—the energy of letting go and beginning again. Invite the darkness of the New Moon to aid and protect you as you go within to listen for what your system wants/needs. The circle is created and held under the new moon, with the support of astrology and tarot as soft structures (... think spider webs, mycelium, fascia.) You can expect time for grounding, listening, creating, writing, and exploring within ourselves, and sharing with one another.

We're Not Broken: We're Grieving
with Pam Temple
Facilitated by Lisa Prantl and Pam Temple
We live in chaotic times, and it can be ungrounding. It may feel like the world is yelling about politics, climate, technology, war, science, religion, body autonomy, and more. If life feels overwhelming, the resulting despair, hopelessness, and discomfort might be grief. You are not broken. You are learning how to live with what you are missing. In the midst of loss there is grief. You are not alone. Endless turmoil and chaos feel like loss, loss invites grief, grief yearns for expression. Writing through loss in community is a way to honor your feelings, feel connected to others struggling in similar ways, and even find humor and hope.
In this class, we’ll use writing prompts, poems, and readings to inspire and invite exploration of what feels lost and what you’re grieving. In supportive community, you’re invited to explore your grief—where it comes from and how you might hold and make meaning of its contradictions.
- Class runs: Biweekly on Thursday Sep 24, Oct 8 & 22, and Nov 5
- Open to: All Genders, Ages 18+

Ordinary Wonders: A Writing Workshop
with Leighann Rechtin
Inspired by Wendy Cope's beloved poem The Orange, this Saturday afternoon workshop explores the extraordinary hidden within the everyday.
What small moments bring delight? What familiar objects deserve a second look? What ordinary experiences have quietly shaped your life?
